The Association for Electronic Communications (RAEC) was established in 2006. Mission of RAEC Formation of a civilized market of electronic communications, support of projects in industry education and science, development of a legal framework to protect the interests of market participants. Today the Association unites more than 150 players in the electronic communications market, which allows RAEC to objectively represent the interests of the industry and effectively solve its problems.
RAEC prepares and communicates the official position of the Internet industry on topical issues of the Runet, and also prepares its own industry initiatives. Aggregates industry analytics, produces its own analytical products, including gala studies "Runet Economics", participates in research and development and partner analytical projects. He is engaged in the development and implementation of industry standards (by commissions), the development and promotion of "RAEC Manifestos" (in the direction of development of the Runet). International Telecommunication Union (ITU)
ITU is the United Nations specialized agency for information and communication technologies – ICTs. ITU allocates global radio spectrum and satellite orbits, develops the technical standards that ensure networks and technologies seamlessly interconnect, and strives to improve access to ICTs to underserved communities worldwide. OJSC MTT is a long-stand ITU member, having joined the union in 2006. ITU is committed to connecting all the world's people – wherever they live and whatever their means.

GSM Association (GSMA)
The GSMA represents the interests of mobile operators worldwide, uniting nearly 800 operators with more than 300 companies in the broader mobile ecosystem, including handset and device makers, software companies, equipment providers and internet companies, as well as organisations in adjacent industry sectors. The GSMA also produces industry-leading events such as Mobile World Congress, Mobile World Congress Shanghai, Mobile World Congress Americas and the Mobile 360 Series conferences.

Infocommunication Union (former Association of 3G Network Operators) is a non-profit professional organization founded in Moscow in 1999 to study the problems of third generation communication networks. The Infocommunication Union unites operators, equipment manufacturers, government agencies and analytical companies, it also coordinates their interaction in the implementation, use and development of the 3G standard and takes part in the development of various concepts on a given topic.

Association of Documentary telecommunications (ADT)
Association of Document Electric Communications (ADEC) was established in 2000 to unite both non-profit or government entities and commercial structures (telecom operators and equipment manufacturers). The Association is based in Moscow (Russia). Its mission is to monitor the sphere of electronic document exchange and ensure the security of info flows. OJSC MTT is a significant member of the ADT.

International Forum on Combating Illegal Network Access
The International Forum on Combating Illegal Access to the Network (CFCA-FIINA Event) is an international organization that develops methods, approaches and means of protecting telecommunications operators and their clients from fraud, in particular, illegal use of telecommunications services, billing operations, traffic transit and termination. Participation in the work of this organization allows companies to effectively manage the risks of fraud on the network, in this regard, OJSC "MTT" closely monitors this area of activity, uses it in the course of work to combat fraud, and since August 2007 has been a regular member of the association.

Association "International Congress of Telecommunications Quality"
Association "International Congress of Telecommunications Quality" (AMKKT) works in the field of studying the quality of telecommunications services.
