During an outbound call made by MTT's voice bot, it is possible to detect customers' IVRs.
If a bot's call is transferred to IVR, it will be terminated. Thus, you will not pay for calls with no actual customer contact. Also, the bot will not forward the calls that reached an IVR to a call-centre operator if such a scenario was setup in advance.
The bot will try to reach the subscriber on a regular basis (at pre-defined intervals), not considering a call that reached IVR as being successful.
